Since I started my Toxin-Free journey back in 2015, I’ve tried A LOT of products in just about every category. I’ve made a list of products I really like that I think perform really well to help you avoid the trial and error of finding good, quality, toxin-free products. I’ll update this list periodically as I find new products I like.
Also, just because a product from a company is clean doesn’t mean that every product from the company is clean. It’s always best to do your own research and if you have any questions, you can always reach out to me as well and I can help you read through the ingredient label!

Makeup:
–All Crunchi products: All Crunchi products are completely Toxin-Free, have eco-friendly packaging, gluten free, eco-cert, and more. I seriously LOVE this company!
–100% PURE Long Last Liquid Eye Liner: This is my favorite Toxin-Free liquid eyeliner! The ingredients are clean and it lasts all day! (I’ve worn this in the shower and it did not budge!)
–100% PURE Pretty Naked II Palette: This palette is perfect if you’re just getting into Toxin-Free makeup. It comes with 3 eyeshadows, a blush, and a highlighter. The eyeshadow colors are perfect for everyday!
Moisturizers:
–Crunchi Daylight : This moisturizer is lightweight, and it’s helped improve my skin look and texture tremendously! For more info on my skincare routine, check out this post.
–Crunchi Nightlight: This night moisturizer is so luxurious! It’s completely Toxin Free as well and it has so many skin benefitting ingredients!
–Nourish Organic | Lightweight Moisturizing Face Lotion – Rosewater & Argan : This moisturizer is pretty affordable, it’s light weight, and it moisturizes really well! It’s ingredients are really clean too! This used to be my favorite until I tried Crunchi Day and Nightlight.
Facewash/Scrub
–Crunchi Charcoal Facial Bar: This facial bar is completely toxin free, helps clear my pores, exfoliates, and it’s all around amazing! It also lasts crazy long! (I got mine in April, it’s now October and it’s not even half gone. I use it twice a day.)
–Crunchi Gentle Facial Bar: This one is like the charcoal bar however, it’s for more sensitive skin (even though I think the charcoal bar is great for sensitive skin too.)
–Nourish Organic | Moisturizing Face Cleanser – Watercress & Cucumber:This used to be my go-to cleanser until I found Crunchi. The ingredients are clean, it’s very moisturizing, and it’s great for problem skin. (My brother has Rosacea and this cleanser helps calm his skin.)
–Zum Bar Goat’s Milk Soap – Almond : I’ve used this as facewash before and the Goat’s Milk is so soothing! Especially if you have acne. I like the almond scent the best, but they have a bunch of different scents (these are “fragrance” free. They’re scented with essential oils and extracts.)
–Acure Organics Brightening Facial Scrub: I use this scrub about 2-3 times a week. The ingredients are clean and it really does make my skin appear brighter!
Facemasks:
–Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay: I mix this clay with a little water and a little ACV. It helps draw toxins and impurities out of your pores! When my skin was really bad, this mask helped a lot.
Acne Spot Treatment:
–Desert Essence Tea Tree Oil: When I had really bad acne, as a spot treatment, I’d put a dab of Tea Tree Oil on my spots with a Q-Tip. The tea tree oil helps dry up spots even better than benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid!
Body Wash:
–Zum Bar Goat’s Milk Soap – Almond: This is one of my favorite body washes. It’s super moisturizing, smells so good, and it’s completely toxin-free!
–Dr. Bronner’s – Pure-Castile Liquid Soap: This soap diluted is great as body wash! To make a foam soap/body wash, put 1 part Dr. Bronner’s, 1 part distilled water in a soap bottle with a foam pump!
–Crunchi Charcoal Body Bar: This body bar will make you feel clean and smell clean! (It’s a favorite among my clients too.) The ingredients are completely Toxin-Free and it lasts a while too!
Oral Care:
–Toothpaste Peppermint Dr. Bronner’s: This toothpaste is fluoride free, whitens teeth, and has clean ingredients! I’ve been using it for years and people always ask me how I get white teeth…it’s this toothpaste!
–Organic Coconut Oil – Unrefined: Oil pulling is great for your teeth and gums! It helps freshen breath, prevent gingivitis, prevent cavities, and whiten teeth!
Deodorant:
–Schmidt’s Natural Deodorant: I’ve used this deodorant for YEARS and it works great! My favorite scent is the Rose, Vanilla. Schmidt’s also makes a sensitive skin version too.
–Thinksport Deodorant: This is another great deodorant with non-toxic ingredients and no aluminum. My favorite scent is Aloe & Tea Flowers.
–CRYSTAL Deodorant : This deodorant crystal is so cool! It’s literally a block of salt which you get a little wet and rub it on your armpits. The salt kills odor causing bacteria and it basically creates a film to kill the bacteria.
Lotion:
–Organic Coconut Oil – Unrefined: You can use coconut oil on it’s own, or I like to mix mine with Shea Butter to make a body butter!
Hair Care:
–Carina Organics Sweet Pea Extra Gentle Shampoo: I love the Carina Organics products! I personally don’t shed near as much as I used to with conventional products. They’re completely toxin free and small amazing (by using plant extracts…no fragrance here!)
–Carina Organics Sweet Pea Conditioner : Again, this is completely toxin-free, smells amazing, and makes my hair feel soft!
Sun Protection:
–Crunchi Sunlight: Sunlight is a great facial sunscreen. It’s completely toxin free and has skin loving ingredients!
–Badger – SPF 30 Clear Zinc Sunscreen : I’m so obsessed with Badger sunscreens! They’re all super clean and they work soooo well! I’ve never had a burn with Badger! For more information on safe sunscreen, check out this post.
Self Tanner:
–Eco Tan Cacao Tanning Mousse: This is my favorite self tanner! It doesn’t make me itchy (like other self tanners do), it doesn’t smell either! It’s a medium color but it’s buildable and it fades very naturally!
Chapstick:
–Eco Lips Mongo Kiss Organic Lip Balm: I’m in love with Mongo Kiss! I literally buy this stuff in bulk and I keep it everywhere. I had really bad eczema on my lips about 2 years ago and this is the only lip balm/chapstick that helped!
Feminine Products:
–Natracare Organic Cotton Tampons : Natracare is my favorite Tampon brand. I don’t like using an applicator so I like that they make a non-applicator version! (If you like applicators, they do have some with applicators.)
–Lena Sensitive Menstrual Cup : I finally tried this and there’s definitely a learning curve, but I love that it’s toxin free, reusable (better for the environment), and cost effective (since it’s reusable.)
Nails:
–SOPHi Nail Polish: Sophi is my new favorite nail polish! It lasts sooo long and it’s completely toxin free! You definitely can’t do a Sophi manicure without the Topcoat and Sealer
. Check out this post for more info on Sophi.
–Zoya Polish : ZOYA nail polish is definitely on the cleaner side of the mainstream nail polishes. They’re 10 free and come in a boat load of colors! ZOYA used to be my favorite until I found Sophi.
–Karma Organic Natural Nail Polish Remover Unscented :This nail polish remover is so much better for your nails that acetone. It’s literally a bunch of oils that melt off your nail polish. It does take a tad more elbow grease to get your nail polish off than acetone, but it’s much better for your health!
Cleaning Supplies:
-Branch Basics: Click here to get $10 off! Branch basics is my favorite cleaning solution. I do my laundry with BB, clean the bathroom, dust, clean the glass/mirrors, literally everything. I’m obsessed.
–ARM & HAMMER Pure Baking Soda and Natural Distilled White Vinegar
: Sometimes, the best cleaning solution is the most basic. I’ve cleaned hard rust stains off the shower floor and nothing else worked! I’ve cleaned hard water off the faucet, I’ve cleaned the kitchen sink with this. I’ve also cleaned the shower walls. This is the easiest, cleanest, cleaning mixture and it works!
