I personally believe we should be getting our vitamins and nutrients from food however, if you’re going to supplement, make sure it’s IN ADDITION to a good diet and you’re taking GOOD QUALITY supplements! 

Most supplements you’ll find in grocery stores are poor quality and full of fillers, toxic chemicals, and poorly absorbed forms of vitamins and nutrients.

You don’t need to be perfect. It’s all about balance! 

I do not encourage tossing all of your products at once and buying all new products. That is stressful and wasteful. Once you use up a toxic product, replace it with a toxin free product.

I do not encourage avoiding food if you’re having trouble finding a clean option. This happens a lot at restaurants. Enjoy the restaurant, the time with friends, and just don’t go out to eat everyday! 

I’ve seen so many people have an all or nothing attitude when it comes to toxin free living. 

I started my journey 10 years ago. Some days are better than others but don’t stress yourself out, don’t obsess over it, slow changes create a cleaner lifestyle over time! 

There’s tons of people like me who want to help others take the leg work out of making better choices for you and your family 💕

Chia Pudding:
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/4 + 2 tbsp Milk (I love @elmhurst1925 almond milk and oat milk…unsweetened of course)
Maple Syrup to taste (real maple syrup, NOT high fructose corn syrup like Pearl Milling Company and Mrs. Butterworth’s) 
Cinnamon to taste
Stir & Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until the Chia Seeds are gel coated 😋

🌱They’re also high in fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, iron, and antioxidants!
